  • This white wine jelly is made from Sicilian Insolia grape which is a unique varietal indigenous to Sicily. It packs full of intense Mediterranean flavours. Insolia wine is very quickly brought to a boil so that the flavours and aromas from the wines produced from the Sicilian earth are still retained.

    Ingredients: Insolia Wine (65%), sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid), gelling agent (pectin)

    Net Weight: 180g


  • Ideal as an accompaniment to Piacentinu Enna cheese, cheeses with herbs or soft cheeses, topping for toast and croissant, or white meat dishes such as chicken. With a touch of creativity it can also be added to sauces (tomato-based) for extra flavour.
